joe bloggs, every link i click takes me to a "language choice" page on FiiO's website, which then doesn't link through to the actual page i initially wanted to see.

I hope this can be fixed? The website is not usable this way.

Anyone care to share how to get rid of those unwanted language options? I find the original FW laggy as compared to some of smaller size modded firmwares. So I thought perhaps removing other language packs keeping only English would be the way to go.

There's just one font pack - in the fonts folder. Replace those with fonts tailored only for your language, and you'll really reduce the size of the fw. I do this for all fw to make it snappier.

1. Reversed scrolling on the main menu
2. Improved contrast on top bar.

I opened the default image in paint.net and blacked it out and wrote over it...saved it  but not showing.

Hey guys, what is the trick to losing the red info in banner in the launcher? And does this also kill the display of the EQ settings in the other menus?

Did you name your replacement files correctly?

You could try editing "topbar.ini", i think moving the "title_tv_x" offscreen will work? (Change the number to something beyond the screen resolution)

Oh, yes. That's what I get too. Ever since they re-did the website it's always the language selection before getting to the main site. Kind of annoying.
