Finally took the plunge and got myself a fiio x5iii. Currently downloading my tidal offline files. Will try the lineout feature later to my amp and listen with an hd6xx. So far m50x sounds much better than i've ever heard before.

So far its been worth it then.

Bought my first pair of open back headphones. Just arrived today sooooooooo..............

I have the same combo, but if you want to enjoy it at 100%, buy the FiiO A5 amp and FiiO L17 cable right now.

was just listening to DK-3001 these days, if they did, that would be really cool.

DK-3001 is cheaper than ie800 and has very similar technical performances, with another signature.

Hi, yes, our software engineers are still working on the X5III's coaxial output issue. We will try to fix it as soon as we can.

I must admit that this is the key reason I don't (yet) own an X5iii...

Why is it people from FiiO don't read posts properly. I have read reply's on the Fiio forum, both to myself and other posters many times.

The person posted that they took his X5iii and left the IEM's. They didn't take the whole bag!
