Is that the new 2016 high dynamic range remaster? If so, that's a really good choice!

Yes and this one sounds better then the previous.

Um, nope :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Rush > Cars

Edit: My wife once told me to turn off Rush because she couldn't stand that woman's voice. I was all like, that a Geddy Lee. He's a guy, not a woman. She couldn't believe it wasn't a woman, lol :unamused:

I'm seeing X7's for under $400 USD, anyone who has had access to both should I pull the trigger now or wait for the X5 iii?

(I own no external DACs/Amps at the moment)

I have exactly the same idea, and since new X5 will go on sale late March I'm leaning toward X7 (or ibasso DX200) now. But I can't still accept only 1 SD slot on them.

I remember watching SNL when I was a kid, so when SNL was just starting out. The Cars were the musical guest. Ric Ocasek performed in a straight jacket. I'd never seen anything like that. It left an impression I remember a few decades later. Anyway, I do like The Cars. I just personally prefer Rush.

I definitely prefer the Cars, but musically I'd have to admit Rush is better.  Few bands give me the feels to the extreme of the Cars.  Could be a large degree of sentimentality bias though.  Hmm I think I have my music for this evening planned out.

Well both are great and different.

I am a little worried about the unpredictability of the battery drain on stand by!
I mean sometimes overnight the drain is about 10% and other times the DAP is dead in the morning.

Scratching head in bewilderment. Both scenarios all connections were off.

Mine was drop in 24 hours. I remember using x5iii for a while and standby on 90% battery in one night. Next night I was surprised the battery was left with only 10% juice. WiFi and Bluetooth was ON though.
