The actual reason (at least I think it is the one) is that Samsung used AOSP Bluetooth stack instead of Qualcomm's one, probably because of SSC.The reason is Samsung's removal of the new hardware layer "Qualcomm Bluetooth High Speed Link", which offers data transfer rates of 2 to 6 Mbps
I guess it would be possible to do something about this with root (it's possible to get LHDC on Red Magic 8 Pro according to this xda thread, and it didn't support LHDC initially), so maybe there's a way to get QHS working on Samsung phones as well. But it will require root, is the bootloader even unlockable on Samsung phones? Maybe you can ask author there if it's possible.
