I get about 5 hours on aptX. Is this OK?

Please try to set the volume of your mobile phone to max, then adjust the volume via UTWS5 to test again. It seems that the battery life is abnormal.

Also my unit shows at 95% immediately after a full charge...

EDIT: Attached some highly weird screenshots, half an hour apart...

EDIT2: Applied for an RMA. Definitely a dud unit.

I have v2 and it sporadically connects to my phone when it stays in the case, loosing the eq settings when I charge the case with iems inside.
Hi, I bought my utws5 un february, brand new. Do you know how can I Tello if they are V1 or V2?

I have a very annoying issue where the right Hook Is not charging. When Places on the case sometimes Is undetected and sometimes it turns its light on without flickering, as if the Unit was completely charged. I've read plenty of similar cases online, no fix.
