Hi @FiiO , sorry for the late reply and thanks for the support offer.

I have analyzed a bit more with Fiio M17 Roon and found out the following:

The problem only occurs when navigating within non-48kHz albums. I was able to reproduce the misbehavior at all sample rates other than 48kHz.

An (unattractive) workaround is to press the pause button before each navigation.

The error does NOT occur with 48kHz albums. And even though I only show one album in the video, I tested it with at least 10 albums.

Here I have recorded everything on video (you should see 3 videos):

Please tell me if you have problems accessing the videos.

And may I ask you to forward the videos to the Fiio M17 support yourself? Many thanks in advance.

I am having the same issue with Roon, I have seen as many as 4 tracks be skipped until a song starts to play but typically one track is skipped before a song actually starts. Randomly happens.

You could also try the USB Audio Player PRO app which has PEQ.

Unfortunately with Neutron and UAPP, EQ can't be apply to offline playlists from Qobuz or other providers... The only ways are Poweramp EQ or Wavelet ... and with M17 those are rather efficient.

@FiiO I just got the kb1 and plan to use with M17. When I connected kb1 to be with M17, the kb1 backlight did not turn on. However, it can connect to my laptop and upgrade FW without issues.
Any extra steps that I need to do on M17?

Update :
Solved by OTG USB c-c cable. Can't use LT-TC4. It works fine now.

I think you’re talking about the FiiO DK3S (which is different than the DK3 that comes with the M17). FiiO does not seem to have any DK3S for sale on their official AliExpress store right now, but some 3rd party sellers on AE do. You could also search for it at other Hi-Fi audio retailers.

Yep, @EdgeDC is, unfortunately, correct.

According to the FiiO EU DK3S and AliExpress webpages, this foldable smaller cooler is discontinued (end of life)
