How did you get the boot logs?

if Im not mistaken - nothing special. After sever boot up attempts it run into a blue screen with an option to choose a "view boot log".
Its a very big sound difference - when it works from AC or with battery, so I don't think battery can still supply even only digital part of a DAP.

I never got a blue screen, just the logo and then a black screen, repeat and rinse until it manages a successful boot up.

Absolutely the same as mine m17. I have even a video of both cases. But may be I pushed power button unexpectedly by special sequence or duration. Just really dont remember - last case was on 28.01.23

Yeah, that’s how mine started last year, every now and then the issue will rear it’s ugly head. Then days it only took a couple of tries to get the thing going and I though the whole thing was a firmware upgrade glitch. Sadly, things got progressively worse, and on the last attempt before sending it to FiiO, it took an astonishing 17 minutes of constant trying before it actually booted up. The video link is in one of my post somewhere here.
If you are inside your warranty period, get it sorted before it runs out!

This is custom DC cable for the interconnection m17 with pl50.
Made in Ukraine by local famous cable builder. Brand name - "Sound YP".
There are different options of custom made wires, this one is one of the top Gold series "silver with adding gold".

One thing I enjoy is sharing music and since the m17 can output simultaneously over both unbalanced outputs it's very nice to listen with two people. However sometimes one headphone is much more sensitive than the other and I've not yet found a way to control volume for both outputs independently.
Does this functionality exist? Otherwise I'd like to make it a feature request! The m17 even has two ways of controlling volume already

sorry, the hardware does not support such feature.

My friend leaves Hong Kong on the 26th of this month and we are on the 23rd, at this stage, I don’t think there’s enough time to post the M17 to her address in Hong Kong and so, you must now post it to my address in the United Kingdom.
Please update me as a matter of urgency.

Thank you for the update, You were supposed to send me the tracking number and I never received it. You can understand my concerns when you did not answer my emails.
She comes back from Japan today, and I shall update once she gets to her home later on in the evening.
