Just received my m11 Pro yesterday, after mostly using Hiby and Sony players in the past. I'm liking it so far, but is 15% battery loss for an hour of listening on low gain at about 35 volume normal? It also seems to be running hotter than any DAP I've ever used.

Hi:
I find that my M11 Pro runs warm if not well ventilated. In my pocket it gets warm, but not uncomfortable. I installed this case: BestforYou Soft Clear TPU Protective Skin Shell Case Cover for FiiO M11 PRO (Clear)
And I added four 10mm stick-on feet to aid the air flow. When the unit is on my desk, I do not have heating issues..
I am using this quick charger: Excgood 30W Dual Ports Fast Charging+2.4A Adapter Compatible with Samsung Galaxy S8/9+/10e,Note 8/9,iPhone,iPad,LG,Wireless Charger and More-White
Running balanced seems to draw more power, but I am regularly getting all day life from the battery. I sometimes turn the unit on and find that the player app (HiBy Player in my case) is running. Fix: always close all apps before putting the M11 Pro away. The half way up swipe/hold , and "Close All" is the shortcut.
Recently so happened purchased with a MQA marked on it. I ripped it by PC/EAC normally to flac, it shown as 44.1kHz and can be played normally in PC/DAP. When playing in M11 pro, surprisingly it shown MQA, 88.1kHz, 24 bit and play flawlessly!

however, it couldn't send out to external DAP, as MQA resolution! After updated the beta version 20200610 ( thanks Gus), the problem solved, I am also reset the song library, its now MQA instead of SQ, and external DAP can be recognized any synced in 88.2kHz!
Also by using the 20200610 beta version, SACD file can be exported to external DAP by USB and synced flawlessly by using the Fiio stock programme. (no need of third party apps)
So I've run into a new issue with my m11 Pro. I've installed the drivers, but my computer will still not recognize it as a disk drive. If I want to add something to my SD card I have to eject it and plug it into the computer. Not a huge deal, but I would like to be able to just hook up the m11 and transfer files. Has anyone else had this issue?
hope this helps...
go to the M11PRO settings and under audio you'll see " USB mode.. make sure its selected to " storage "
there are two different drivers you will need to install...
turn on the M11pro and plug in the USB cable... there should be a msg come up on your computer that is asking for Auto play.. choose " open folder to view files" then click Windows to open the folder... there are two different drivers... one being the MTP driver and the other being the USB driver... the one your wanting for your computer to recognize is the MTP driver... but its best to load both...
once the drivers are loaded unplug the usb from the M11pro make sure the M11Pro is booted up ... now plug in the usb cable to the M11 pro and the computer... first thing that should come up now is the auto play... just hit the X and let it go away...
now right click the windows explorer icon and choose windows explorer... you should now see two items for the M11pro... the first item is the "fiio driver" and the drive letter your computer assigned... the next item you should see is " Fiio M11 PRO " double click on the Fiio M11 PRO and it will open the M11 file area... one being the Internal Shared Storage and the other being M11pro Micro SD... now you can drop your music folders in either one of the folders...
