I`ve discovered very curious problem. I`ve listened an album with MQA 24bit, but last song in this album was without MQA and its resolution is 44.1/16bit. When starts playing this last track, sound has correct time, but song speeded up and deep voice of singer sounded like voice of small girl, or better, like a Chipmunk. Do you know about this bug? Is any recipe how to solve this?
Dear user,

Does the issue remain when playing other 44k/16bit file? If not, would you mind sharing this certain file to us(support@fiio.com) for check?

Best regards

Problem has name GAPLESS PLAYBACK. Turning off this function solve above described problem.
Dear friend,

Ok, thanks for the feedback. We will also report to the engineer for check. The gapless playback function is disabled when MQA is on(Bitstream option).

Best regards

Any comparisons to desktop setups? I'm finding the Fiio M11 Pro comfortably competing with Apogee Element 24 interface - both giving slightly different flavours, but with very good performance.. impressive that a DAP can compete (both with DAC/HP out) with a high performing desktop kit at a close price.
I wonder how the m11 Pro compares to the RME ADI-2 (both use AKM chips)
I was using a Schiit Bifrost Multibit and Asgard 2 desktop setup before I got the M11 Pro and I think the M11 Pro beats the pants off that old setup. I'm using LCD-2 heaphones with a balanced Forza Audio Works Noir cable and it sounds immaculate. Tons of resolution and slam, which is really what I was looking for. It's pretty incredible how great this little thing sounds. I couldn't be happier with it.

Hi! Sorry, this might sound like a noob question. I'm looking into getting a FiiO M11 Pro but I've been used to Apple/iPhone pretty much since I started listening to music. I always contain my library in iTunes, and sync to iPhone.

How do I load my music onto the M11 Pro? Do I just store the files with metadata and album art onto the SD card and it loads into the device automatically? What if I use a desktop media center like MusicBee? Can I sync my Fiio M11 Pro to the media center to download the music onto the device?

This all seems more complicated to me than it probably is in reality.

Ignore my first comment above, since I have a Mac my only real option is iTunes since MusicBee isn't available on Mac. So, for desktop listening I'll need to switch to Apple Lossless which is fine.

@FiiO , the M11 Pro plays Apple Lossless correct? I ended up ordering one, it looks like it does based on the spec sheet I read but I want to make sure!

Dear friend,

Thanks for considering our product. And yes, the M11PRO support Apple Lossless format:

after FIIO did so low me and my friends will also give up on buying FIIO products.
I think that many will do the same after seeing this. It's too bad that such a large company takes a lot of money and does not help its customers. even zishan for 40 bucks can send you a replacement if the product is broken

Just got my M11 Pro, this thing sounds and works great! The display is excellent too, very clear.

Out of curiosity, is there any way to organize albums under an artist by release year as opposed to alphabetical? Also, does the M11 Pro play video files, such as music videos?

Dear friend,

We will report your requirement to the engineer for check. And you could install the third party app for playing video via the M11PRO.

Best regards

Hi for everyone,
I`ve discovered next small bug in playback. This problem has name "click or crack" in playback of DSD format. I`ve tried DSD64. DSD128, DSD256, ISO or album with separate DSF files. Very small click or crack appear in every time in space between songs. I think this crack is generated as begining of each song. But this is only result of my personal observation.
Is this problem only in my device or can confirm any other?
It`s a shame because DSD format sound like from other world and this mistake mess up general impression of this nice player.
Please is it a way how to get into DSD playback what it is deserve?
