Does it send the full resolution ? I was briefly reading this link https://www.soundguys.com/ldac-ultimate-bluetooth-guide-20026/
To be honest I don't know but usually if I'm using bluetooth I'm moving about and not sitting still long enough to try and analyze music like at home. From what I see in the m11 menu, It does ldac with quality priority which is claimed via sony to be 990kbps and it also has an option for ldac normal mode(what I normally use) which is claimed to be 660kbps. So in theory it can push full resolution. Does it actually do it? Not sure, but I'm assuming the high res wireless sticker on the back means they got JAS to at least (hopefully) test the m11 and confirm it can indeed do the quality and normal mode correctly.

And to build upon this, the maximum bitrate over LDAC is 990kbps. So, is it higher than bluetooth res normally? Yes. Is it full resolution? Potentially not with most higher res files.

What is the ghost message from Fiio?

I got sent a link to a different firmware to try, but I'm holding off until I get some more info on what the issue is and how the firmware might fix it - I know the ghosting is a hardware issue of LCDs so not sure how software might fix it - in any case I'm waiting to get more insight before flashing the fw

Unbelievable portable imo. It’s real short comings are the processor, imo, since it tends to hang while using the android UI but if you plan on keeping it offline only and using music mode you'll probably get better results

Spotify works super well on it and even surprisingly the Kindle app is fantastic to use to just read and listen to music.

How is the Amazon Music HD state with the M11 now? Read that there were many problems. Plan on buying a M11 but only use Amazon Music HD. Does it work up to the full 192 khz or is it limited to 48 khz like other android devices?

LDAC supports hi res files, although the transmission! between BT module -> LDAC headphones has a compression in qual. mode ~990 KBit, normal mode ~660 KBit and connect prior. mode ~330 KBit.
M11 supports ONLY qual. and normal mode, M9 supports all three modes. All models M7 -> M11 making trouble with higher bit rate, but connect. prior mode is okay (SBC has also the same bit rate as the LDAC connect prior mode).
M11 does NOT support all three LDAC modes - this is CURIOUS because M9 supports MORE BT modes as the M11!
M9 supports all THREE LDAC modes AND aptx-HD, aptx and SBC. M11 supports ONLY LDAC qual. mode and normal mode but NOT the connect prior. mode!
This is the reason, why M11 making trouble in LDAC qual. mode AND normal mode.
M11 in SBC mode is working fine, but F11 does NOT offer LDAC connect. prior mode (which is similar in bit rate to SBC) mode!

FiiO DOES NOT FIX THAT ISSUE UNTIL NOW! because it seems, BT module AND / OR SoC AND / OR Android making trouble with LDAC qual. mode and normal mode.

MY OOOOLD Sony Walkman NW-ZX100 from 2015 !!!!!! supports ALL three LDAC modes and is working PERFECT with ALL THREE modes!

@FiiO
It is a shame for you! My old Walkman from 2015 is working better as your "funny thing" from 2019!

1000 bucks for non working hardware is not a joke or a "hate"
OLD hardware from 2015 is working much, much better than hardware from 2019. This is not a joke or a "hate".

FiiO does not fix it! This is not a joke or a "hate".
It's not a bug, it's a feature! It seems, THAT'S 2020!

FiiO ignores ALL the users with the same problems and asking for music files...this is not a joke. Here in Germany - it's a criminal act to post music files! In addition, the issues are not related to the music files. It seems, FiiO does not have QM or tested LDAC via BT.
