The K3's Line out output is volume controlled.
When using the K3's Line out, it is highly suggested to disconnect the headphones from the K3, because both of the Line out and Headphone output will work at that same time, while the high volume will damage your headphones.

i have e10k, very happy with it, today i saw that k3 is out and i am interested big time
and the functionality that you can control output from the back with volume knob is perfect, because i would like to have volume control (headphones and speakers) on one place, for ease of use
my birthday is soon, so maybe i will treat myself with one, and pass e10k to my brother

I finally got a balanced cable for my m1060c and they sound great from the balanced port. Wasn’t enough power from the 3.5mm port.

Another thing I like about it is front out and back out work at the same time. I can run my desktop speakers and headphones together.

I have problem with my K3. It does not only have click and pop sound at begin and end of the song. But it does have click and pop sound during song also. I read the forum and FiiO recommend to set FiiO control panel- option-streaming to 'always'. But I can't find option in control panel.

More details
1. connect to USB 3.0. Already try two USB port.
2. Use Jriver. Change both ASIO and WASAPI mode, pop sound still there during play the song (not at begin and end of song)

You could adjust the volume of the K3 according to your own need. The lineout output of the K3 is volume adjustable.

Dear friend,

Did you try replacing another usb cable and software as well? The settings of changing the streaming may not help your case if the issue happens during the songs.
