When I turn on the R9, it does not reconnect the saved Wi-Fi...
I always have to do it manually.
To say that I have it connected by Ethernet too...but. and interested in wifi for the Fiio link

Can you solve it to reconnect automatically?
Dear friend,
I can't reproduce your problem, maybe you can try forgetting this WiFi and reconnecting to see if it works.
If the problem still occurs, please submit the problem and Log to us in R9's technical support - online feedback after reproducing the problem.

Pls.-turn off R9 with wi fi connected..And turn on with ethernet connected and you can see if R9 reconnect automatically to saved wifi or not.-

Let me know your experience-.

Another thing that happens ... there are times (Norrmaly in Playlists)that when high -resolution files are reproduced 96/192 kHz.. ... ((Yellow light)). And a standard resolution track is coming 44.1 Khz.. ((blue light)) .. No change from yellow to blue ... R9 is always in l yellow light . .Pls you check it please

I'm on the fence ordering one as well, but the R9 seems to have some software issues. Are those updates coming fast, or are you still waiting for the first fixes? Any experience on that?

Hi, could you submit this issue in Technical Support-Online Feedback? So that we can confirm the problem through logs.

The system of R9 is optimized on the basis of R7 and is relatively stable overall.
Due to the diverse usage conditions and environments of users, there may be some problems that we cannot find during testing, we will follow up and deal with everyone's feedbacks in time.
A new optimized firmware will be launched this month, thank you for your attention.

Very good friend, I have had the R9 for a week, to date I have not had a single failure, with respect to the yellow and blue light I have not had that problem either, but I have always been playing on Qobuz. I don't know if using another application gives that light problem. My recommendation is if you want to have top-level audio with all kinds of functions, buy it, you won't regret it. As for software failures, it is a normal thing to happen, especially on an Android and multifunction device, but the failures are minimal and over time they are all corrected.

For what it's worth, I did not have any bugs myself yet, certainly not game breaking ones. Apparently there's a bug that when you power cycle the R9 then the WiFi does not turn on automatically but I don't tend to power cycle my desktop units so I haven't seen that and consider it minor.

Then there were reports that the 1.0.2 firmware has a problem with cutting off the end of some songs, which is serious, but the 1.0.1 FW the R9 ships with does not have that problem so I just stayed on that and have had no audio issues. I am just going to wait for 1.0.3 where this is hopefully fixed as luckily there's no forced auto update to the latest firmware as there is with some devices.

Hi, We have reconfirmed this issue.
This phenomenon occurs because Ethernet takes priority over WiFi, when you connect to Ethernet, WiFi will automatically disconnect. At this time, if you turn off Ethernet (unplug the network cable or go to Settings- When Ethernet is turned off under General-Ethernet), WiFi will automatically connect.
We will add priority options in the future to allow you choose to use Ethernet or WiFi first.
