You're kidding, right. I didn't know glue was electrically conductive. I'm RMA ing it back. Once would have been bad enough, but twice is shocking. I had many IEM's of the years and never had this issue.

thanks, it works almost fine, it is just less firm than the L IEM, which means sometime it will disconnect if I am touching it. I will see how this goes in the next days and eventually get in touch with my trusted seller.

Hi. If you discount the FiiO's Silver "D" spec cable, is there any consensus as to what is a good replacement cable for the FH7? I've had two faulty "C" spec cables that came with the FH7 so won't be buying FiiO again, as I have lost all faith in "C" spec FiiO cables. It's not the headshells, as the cable from my FA7 works perfectly.

The cable comes with the FH7 is the LC-3.5C cable. Can it meet your need? If yes, I think you could consider our LC-2.5C cable for help, just for reference.
And if there are local store in your city, you could have a try there first.

good morning @FiiO , I purchased the UTWS3 BT adapters for my FH7, but I am having some issues connecting to a Windows 10 laptop.
I can pair the UTWS3 with the laptop, but then the device is recognized as a generic one and not audio.
Any suggestion ?

Please check whether the UTWS3 is recognized as Bluetooth hand-free audio instead of stereo? And you could try to clear the pairing of the UTWS3 and reconnect again for check?

The UTWS3 is recognized as "Other Device" and there is no option to set it as a sound device.. I can pair it, but I cannot connect it

You may go to 'my Bluetooth device option' in 'computer'. Does the UTWS3 show up there? If yes, please try to right click the A2DP option and connect it.

Or try to clear the pairing for the UTWS3 to search it again?

I tried to unpair and pair again, but no changes.

I still see the UTWS3 as "other" and the only option I get is "Remove Device" :
