Yes, but as a resident of Jersey, Channel Islands, that is part of the UK but not the EU, I can purchase FiiO products from two of your (Only) three UK retailers UK VAT free. What I can't do is purchase from your "FiiO Store" UK VAT free on Amazon.co.uk, although I can directly from Amazon and many other 3rd party shops. Stop blaming everyone else until you get your own house in order.

Sky TV used to this and one person took it so far, now we all get the UK VAT off.

Regarding VAT, why is it as a resident of Jersey, Channel Islands, I can purchase from two of your three UK retailers, HiFiHeadphones.co.uk and AdvancedMP3Players.co.uk and get the UK VAT taken off, but when I try to purchase from your "FiiO Store" on Amazon.co.uk, you don't take the UK VAT off?

It was suggested by FiiO on their own forum that it was Amazon's doing, but this is not the case, as when I purchase directly from them, they also take the VAT off. As do quite a few third party sellers, just not FiiO.

Actually the “FiiO Store” on Amazon UK belongs to one of our UK agents. And we have mentioned at our forum, as Amazon attributes jersey to UK, so the pricing will includes the UK VAT automatically, pls understand. We are asking our UK agents to contact with Amazon for this issue since we have no right to change it. Regarding the different pricing issue, actually the price we offer to our agents are mostly the same, but as there are different VAT and warranty in different counties, so the pricing will be different. For example, the VAT of our Players in USA is about 5%-10%, but in EU it is about 17%-22%.

Besides, warranty in USA is 1 year, but in EU is 1 to 2 years. That is why their pricing are different. In addition, we can only give the suggestion to our agents towards the retail price, but we can't decide it as that is illegal. Hope you can understand, thank you.

I listened to both back-to-back and to my ears the Momentums sounded better. I went with the FH1 due to terrible durability of the Momentums (rI read this online).

Recently I had an opportunity to listen to FH1. Amazing budget IEMs! For me they are much more enjoyable than F9/F9 Pro. Very nice that for this price balanced cable is included. Nice, wide soundstage, slightly lacks depth, but for its price these are very good headphones.

How does the FH1 compares to the E10? I also have borrowed the F9 from a friend and I find them clean sounding, but I'd like more elevated bass, warmer low-mids and linear highs. Would the FH1 fit my preference?
