I just  bought it yesterday probably, its a problem with the battery ...   I was going to use it  and suddenly , the eq light blinked purple a few times and then it went off I tried turning it on and it wouldn't I thought the battery was discharged so I charged it, and it still wouldn't go on , I'll go to the store to check out.

What store or retailer or distro did you buy it off of? The E6 is heavily counterfeited. Even a brick and mortar can't be accepted to be having 100% authentic goods as they may have puchased stock from a supplier with fake goods. Many distro's on Amazon have been blacklisted by FiiO as being known to sell fake goods, either knowingly or not. Amaozn has yet to take action.

Please use the resources in those link to do a "rough" estimate on if the E6 you have is genuine or fake. If you can't tell, then asking for an exchange and mentioning which distro or supplier it is may help or contacting them for a refund or exchange. Refund if you want to purchase ...and I encourage you to buy form an authorized dealer. Micca and Parts Express are both good dealers. Micca is the only one who currently carries FiiOs entire line, Parts Express may soon, not sure. I have and many have ordered from them, very good service.
 
If you have purhcased from an authorized dealer or a real one as you may believe, then exchaning it, or doing an RMA with FiiO is recommended.

Thanks for the answer, I went to an authorized dealer, in south america ( it's the only one ) . I went to them and they told me they'd take a look at it, I'll call them tomorrow and see what they have to say.

Then it was probably defective then, bad eggs happen I guess. Unless you charged it with something incorrectly etc etc, either wrong plug or too much power (not often likely with most USB things).

Exactly the same thing you described happened to me today with my Fiio E06, it did show a flashing purple light for a few seconds and turned off all by itself.
Without charging it, a few hours later it would start, work, and shut down perfectly well.
What did they tell you in the store?
I have had no doubts that mine is not a fake, at least so far...
 
Has anybody else had these issues or problems with the Fiio E06 not starting or battery not charging?

E6 ;( doesn't turn on. I put on charging, lights up red, some time burns, but later minutes five is switched off, i.e. charging completely doesn't take place. I turn on - there is no effect ;(. Died? Or it is somehow reparable?
