As the title states. To elaborate, only the "increase volume" part of the button works. The "decrease volume" part seems broken, as when I press it, there is no "click" or any solid resistance. It's like I'm pressing through an empty space.

Any suggestions as to how I can fix this problem?

Hi,

Where did you buy it from? I think you need to get that replaced. My guess would be that you can re-seat the switches once you open it up, but I wouldn't do that if you can just get it exchanged.

Amazon doesn't sell this product directly, it's usually a third party market place seller that you purchased it from. Just check your packing list and it should tell you who you purchased it from.

There is no clicks with the volume, neither up or down. Hold your finger on it.
If no joy then it is broken. What annoyed me about the amp was the - was too close to the headphone input.
