This happened on the BTR5 as well. My friend's iPhone 14 Pro would not recognize the BTR5 no matter what. We didn't try the BTR7.

You are connecting the BTR5 to the iPhone 14 Pro via Bluetooth or USB?
1. If you are connecting the BTR5 to the iPhone via Bluetooth, please check whether the BTR5 is in pairing mode(Pairing showing in the display)? If not, please try to hold the volume +&- buttons at the same time for about 5s to clear the pairing or hold the multifunctional button for about 3s to enter pairing mode. Then search the BTR5 from the iPhone again.
2. If you are connect the BTR5 to the iPhone via USB, please try to turn off the charge option for the BTR5, and use the ligthning to USB C OTG adapter to check again.

Hello FiiO - quite happy with the BTR7 question is not about it, but the FiiO music app. Too many threads about it: currently on v3.2 and still doesn't see (support) .dsf DSD files while all the other apps I use (HiBy, Neutron, UAPP...) recognise and play native DSD from .dsf files. Now, FiiO music being the companion app for the BTR7 I would like to use it - but stuck with this issue. Any perspective to support .dsf DSD music in the near future? Thanks

I think if you switch battery protection on, it only takes effect on the next reboot. However, even then I don’t think it’s completely reliable.

It just doesn't see the .dsf files. If I go via folder structure and I click on one file it shows "file not found" see attached

Nah, rebooted so many times. I guess it's wireless charging issue, although I almost certain it worked at some point.

Issue solved, after uninstalling app and reinstalled from forum link provided. Different 3.2 versions? Thanks for the help.

Yes, latest FW, always charges to 100% when using wireless charger. There were few reports on this in this very thread. Looks like battery protection is just ignored.

Actually, turned out it only happens with USB charge switch in OFF position. It still charges wirelessly but to full capacity instead of 80%.
