Not really a looker, but they work for me.I might be on to something, had a pair of Spinfit CP240 around. Intimate, full, detailed. Deeply inserted, not for the faint of ear.

Any one can confirm the ie600 cable, both 3.5mm and 4.4mm are the same build except for the plug difference? Thk.

Thk. I suppose its also the same with ie300 cable?Yes.
I think so. I owned a IE 300 before. To me there is no difference between the stock 3.5mm cable of IE 300 and IE 600. On the Sennheiser official site, if you find the spare parts of both models, the 3.5mm stock cable has the same article number 508960 (may be the part number):Thk. I suppose its also the same with ie300 cable?

I asked the local dealer before, he also said all three models of IE series share the same cables (2.5mm/3.5mm/4.4mm).

I was thinking getting the 3.5mm mod to 4.4mm, instead of buying a new 4.4mm.I think so. I owned a IE 300 before. To me there is no difference between the stock 3.5mm cable of IE 300 and IE 600. If there's no different i dun see a reason to get new 4.4mm
I have to say sennheiser stock 3.5mm cable vs my campfire smoky litz, sound slightly better in soundstage and clarity. Although the cable many ppl said about microphonic effect, i like it as it wear better with the earhook. But that just me.
Probably i will be very likely to move on to ie600 soon, its good but price is still very high now cos limited stock. I am now on ie300 just recently purchase.
Yeah, I love the stock 3.5mm and 4.4mm too. The build is sturdy and the SQ is above average indeed. I am not aware of the microphonic effect at all because I am always at a sitting position when listening to music. At the moment I am using the stock 4.4mm cable with my IE 600, pairing my ZX507. To me it is already wonderful.I was thinking getting the 3.5mm mod to 4.4mm, instead of buying a new 4.4mm.

Thats what i think too. I enjoy listening music sitting and relaxing, instead of walking around doing work. I guess i have no complaint on the cable so far.Yeah, I love the stock 3.5mm and 4.4mm too. Yep, it's a love and hate relationship with the stock cable. I myself found it tolerable for the 1st few days. But been using it daily since purchasing it and found it very microphonic and stiff to my liking, hence I moved on from the stock cable.
Thanks! Why did you choose the angled version btw? Doesn’t this add another spot that can get rotated into a wrong orientation?SG$ 50.80 8%OFF | Super Mini MMCX/0.78MM Female To Sennheiser IE300/IE900 Headphone Conversion Pin Conversion Head Adapter

It work perfectly on my mmcx cable, no loose connection whatever. Very please with it. There are some cheaper option in the AliExpress but I buy the higher price one cos it look better built.
