A very odd time I suppose to mention that I've been having channel imbalance, left side is more silent than the right. I confirmed using multiple cables, including the stock ones, did driver matching testing, flipped the L/R and it was all the same as much as I wished otherwise. I've babyed them pretty hard as well, not a single drop. Bought in November of 23 directly from the Sennheiser website. On the other hand I've been relatively rough on the IE200s and they've held up with no issues. For those who had to RMA what was the process like? I still have the box and everything that it came with including the paper with all the order info, can I just send it back in the same box? Also what exactly is the RMA process like? In terms of the site, and general timeline, if it matters at all i'm on the west coast.
EDIT: It does suck that this happened, these are my all time favorite IEMS, used day in and out while working and studying, very disheartened by the issues these seem to plagued with.
EDIT 2: Just got off the phone with their support, seems to not be a bad experience, still in warranty and have my invoice from them, so just a matter of dropping it off to UPS or something with IEMs + invoice + RMA paperwork. I'll just use the box it came with. The nice lady on the phone did mention if they can't fix it they'll just give me a new one, hopefully it won't be some weird issue where they give me an IE300 or take months.
