ETHER 2: Impressions and Discussion

My chord Dave allows for positive or negative phase settings, which should it be set to for the ether 2?

I recently got the ether 2 headphones (pre owned) and I really like them.
I'm currently using a really basic gear but in some songs I get a kind of "velvet texture" which is really pleasant.

Setup: UAPP-> Chord mojo 1 -> jds atom amp 2 -> Ether 2 (single ended cable)

I'm planning to upgrade the whole system in the next months, i.e. dac, amplifier and balanced cable

I would assume that positive means normal phase and negative means reversed. I'd confirm that with cord unless it's in the manual. If that's true you would use positive

If anyone happens to have some Ether 2 pads they aren't using I'm looking to buy a few pairs for pad rolling.

@elwappo99 I have two pairs of pads: original and suede. Both pairs are in like new condition. Let me know if you're interested.
I use the perforated pads full time.
