They're Dekoni Audio Fostex TH900 Fenestrated Sheepskin Ear Pad with sticky tape. This pad will fit Stax 007/009 and the Voce.
They're not bad. My pads look kind of dried up.

Just got my Ether2 yesterday. Will update on my impressions soon. So far, I listened to it 9 hours non stop without any ear fatigue which is a good sign.
