Thanks. About 34,000 miles on the M5. One of my kidney grills broke, so now I need to find a new one. No idea what that piece of plastic will cost!
Frankie, I hope it is not called that because you have to sell a kidney to replace it... :grimacing:

I’ve been absolutely loving this combo atm, the Chiron paired with M9 takes Odyssey to a level of holography that I’ve never heard. I didn’t think it could be done with the amount of bass Odyssey has but Chiron is working its magic.

I have never heard the EXT, but in all of the other VE models I have heard I think VE are the mid range kings, their mids just click with me. Never offensive and tonally primo. I can't imagine the EXT being any different.

Having spent my first 30 minutes to an hour with Vision Ears at CanJam NYC, I agree. I was properly impressed by the Elysium'd midrange. DD for mids in a tribrid setup needs to be a more common thing

Knowing how much of a car guy is, I don't think this thread becoming a half car half empire ears thread is a bad thing.

Any car people in here?
In a bit of a car phase at the moment. I don't have a good pic of my car, but I daily a ND2 Miata lol. Previously a GR86 as well, but sold that for the Miata

Second the midrange on the Elysium, it's so good. Owned it at one point
