Can't say I'm not a little disappointed to see the same old black shell for the odin. I was expecting a different/colorful faceplate for the universal, like the Valkyrie perhaps

Who's to say there's not gonna be one at release?

This is the one boys... The one that's to make the Solaris, u12t, Nio and all else irrelevant. I have the utmost faith in EE and feel like they are about to bring the heat!

1) badass profile pic
2) i kinda like the subtle black look, but hopefully they bring the valkyrie dragon scale texture as option

Anyone able to give a comparison between the nemesis and legend x?

Trying to "justify" the nemesis as I already have the nio ordered but gut feeling seems like legend x is the way to go

Will most likely need to sell one iem off once I acquire the nio and an ee iem along with my u12t

I love Beatles , but i need to state a fact

Sgt Pepper is a)the most hyped/overated album in rock history and b) it's kinda boring (i mean Love - Forever Changes , is way better and i mention this album cause it is also a psychedelic album released in 1967)

also lossless all the way for me :xf_cool:
I agree with you forever changes is better than sgt pepper. It’s one of the best albums of all time. Pet sounds is better than sgt pepper too. However, I love the white album, abbey road and magical mystery tour

I'd add that there are other ones probably floating around which may be found with the search function.

Mine are simply one person's impressions, so I'd certainly encourage anyone to try to find other impressions with which to compare :)
I'd add that those impressions were based on 3 weeks of solid listening with two demo models.
Since I wrote those impressions and have had months with the Nemesis, and also the chance to compare it with other new IEMs I've got (such as the UM MEST), I would add the following:

I stand by pretty much everything I said, except that I'd say that the LX is quite a bit further ahead in terms of technical performance (I think it's simply world-class in this regard).
Also, that the increased mid-bass prominence I heard on the LX would actually be quite welcome on quite a lot of tracks; I still love the Nemesis as much as ever, but sometimes wish to have a bit more mid-bass warmth and presence on certain tracks. The grass is always greener on the other side, don't you know? :)

All this aside, I'm very excited to hear what the Odin will be bringing to the table!
