Maintaining ZeusXR original transparent signature with even better mids and highs, while improving the midbass clarity. Gives a wider soundstage, 4 wire cable with a wide soundstage up to pair with 8 wires.
Mhmmm that looks asthetically pleasing (All EA cables are tbh). Does the Zeus really need "moar clarity" though, it already has more than enough. Also bad experience with pure silver and gold plated silver with Zeus.

Canada is currently blocked off because of our dealer agreement - I'm DMing you!
Oh that is...certainly annoying... (to say the least). Was this a recent development? I could have sworn I tried checking shipping costs and Canada was on the list. Seems a bit unfair though since Empire has only the one Canadian dealer (unless that changed too)

I feel sorry for Canadians! :scream:
Not being able to demo anything, getting hit by customs and a crappy currency, now this? Tell me about it, I have some few choice words for the Canadian dealer(s), but Ill keep them to myself.

Gavin- you running that cable with your SP1000SS? I'd be concerned about it having too much detail in the mids and upper end. I had to go from a hybrid to a copper to bring it under control, and I'm a treble head.

If you check the dealer's facebook page, it appears they have demo units, located in Toronto, and have a tax free offer in place of 15% off. 2999 cad is only 2 265 USD for the Legend X. Look at Hong Kong, no sale at dealers (I physically went to the shop and asked), 20800 HKD = 2 657 USD, that's 15% markup, if you count black friday sales, that's nearly 30% more expensive.

Here is in the states all dealers marked down 15% from original price $3.5K to around $2.5K. It is almost the same like in Canada and HK.

Oh I know all that, I frequent that very store because its cheaper during non-sale periods simply because I save shipping and getting taxed by CBSA. Also tested Phantom and LX there.

If you compare to the HK markup, yes its definitely a steal here in Canada. Its one of the reasons I only demo stuff when I go to HK actually. The problem being is that the tax free price is slightly cheaper than Empire's regular, but with the 15% than the tax free price is a markup. Plus tax free is what I pay on a regular day since I always pay in cash. I expected a discount on the tax free price, but got a discount that was applied on the price WITH tax, might as well order direct at that point since it's the same price and I can deal with Empire directly myself.

Those issues were previously caused by shells that weren't cured for long enough. I'm sure @Devon Higgins will get you sorted out ASAP. :)
Not yet received any answer from Devon Higgins nor from Jack Vang, perhaps because of the Black Friday. I will try again Monday.
