Superseding the highly acclaimed Legend X seemed like a near impossible task but we went outside the box and what we've achieved is absolutely extraordinary. 'Massive congratulations to everyone on the EE team for not only launching the EVO, but being ballsy enough to succeed the Legend X to begin with. 'That said, that's what all the EarWerkz fans said about the Legend X when it succeeded to Legend Omega as well, so I'm sure this one will fall nowhere short.

Also, fair play to @Wild Boar for calling out the W10 bone conduction driver beforehand. Everything about this looks incredibly exciting.

There's so much about this I like. 4.4mm connection, non Paracord cable, Bone Conduction technology, dual updated subwoofers...man Empire Ears is fulfilling my fantasies.

So far compared to my LXSE it has more air and faster attack in the bass, though the LXSE is smoother and I find that bass texture is richer.

Look forward to hearing the final tuning…

I had to keep my word with Jack! I was given an awesome opportunity to spend time with them and give feedback. No way I’d violate their trust.

That being said, I’m not going to give details on the sound or performance as they may have tweaked them a bit… and I know there’s probably an embargo for prominent reviewers so I’m not going to pour water on their fire.

I will say one thing.. They nailed this one.

This is really cool because ive been looking for something to compliment the LX. I recently acquired a MEST and i love the treble on that thing. If we can get the bass of the LX and possibly improved, plus that lovely BC Treble presence? Hot damn i feel something growing...

It might be a bit more than the normal LX but we don’t know really. The Odin was $100 cheaper than the Wraith on release.

But let’s see where EE puts it in terms of price.

You and me! I just ordered my custom LX rofl! But if I were to consider the EVO, I’d need the bass to be more than LX. Otherwise my current IEMs should satisfy my other music preferences
