I had a pair of these :) was my first LX534150A5-ED8A-41E1-BD05-6C054BAADFDF.jpegA413F20A-118D-42A6-BC48-582AF55E7009.jpeg
If I owned these, they'd just be sitting in a watch box all the time.
I pretty much never care for the wood aesthetic, for IEMs at least. ^^those look great though
I prefer wood aesthetic for the home. Too precious for iems.

Oh wow, these are gorgeous! Jealous haha… mine are pre-loved. I was quite sad to learn that I cannot customise faceplates of a universal set, was mad enough to contemplate sellling my current one to get a new LX just to change the faceplates 👻

if i understood right , from people who owned/heard both

SE has less bass/more mids , making it a more balanced , W-sound presentation whereas the OG LX is more of an L-sound

Pretty sure you can if you contact @Jack Vang . They're not doing custom universal designs to cut back on turnaround iirc, but I've seen Zeus XIV at least with custom faceplates.

LX SE is an attempt to make the OG LX more palatable for those delicate souls who can't handle the real thing. You know, like the gentle little rollercoaster at the fair right next to the real thing that all the big kids get to go on. 😝

A little off topic, I see your IEMs in your sig. If you had to rate them (or describe what each excel at), how would your list look like?

hey @Damz87 , man i see your HoF list of uber TOTL iems and i keep remembering how you like generic (it is bro) EDM like anjunabeats and i am thinking 'point him to the light , point him to the light'

so here - this is my YT playlist with scorching, banging , super awesome Prog House mixes/dj sets from the peak/golden era (2000-2004)

go check them out , you will like them (i think)

link opens first dj set of the full , 88-strong prog house playlist on the right corner

@Vitaly2017 will probably like them (and maybe drive a 30% faster?)
