I sold mine and got a 60s in 4.4 to replace it.

Reterminating the SB was expensive and I didn't want to take the risk of having my Odin without a cable for a while.

I had Peter Wong re-terminate 2 cables for me. It's actually really cheap to have it re-terminated. It's only $20. What kills you is the shipping costs and time. You have to pay for it both ways and I got mine insured. If you do more than one at a time, its much more cost effective. I would recommend people pooling their cables.

Full respect to Mr Vang. It's just my opinion, having heard LX with both 1960s and 1950s. So I respectfully have to side with my ears.

I completely agree that you need to trust your own ears. My Custom LX has the Stormbreaker from my Odin's permanently attached.

Yup, spot on there. I would have a local cable maker do it, but I'd rather have PW do it in this case.

HK customs just raising an eyebrow at your suitcase full of SBs

I might not need it if the Socrates pans out with Odin. I've held out trying any other cable but the 60s up till now. Odin had been the lone holdout for swapping out the stock, but it may be no more.

Been really drooling my head wether i should replace my LX to Odin.

I was really impressed by sp2k pairing when i auditioned Odin 2nd time.
I am not a massive fan if cable however.. While it looks good and luxurious. Earhooks are a no go for me. So i was wondering if selling the actual cable would be easy.

So apparently my woman decided to make a little something special happen with the help of @Jack Vang. Completely surprised and impressed with this thing!
