E10, new USB DAC （ updated with photos of real E10 )

I like this, not sure how much of a an upgrade it would be over the FiiO e7 but 96/24 is verrrry nice and the fact it doesn't have the useless OLED screen is pretty cool as well. 
Would the amp really be much better than the FiiO e7's though? (many people criticize the e7's amp) 
(would be using it with RE-0 and Superlux HD668b and FLAC/VBR V0)

Well, the cheapest I've seen so far (and where I bought mine) in Europe is on eBay.co.uk (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/290617585329). And they are in stock and shipping since the middle of last week...

The E10 utilizes the AD8397 OP, the same OP used in the E11.  As a result, the amp section of the E10 is more potent than that of the E7 with a better ability to drive full-size headphones.

the e10 is probably the perfect amp to go along with the re0.  the bass boost feature and the wolfson chip would make any source sound good with the re0.  couldnt think of a better iem to pair with the e10 than the re0 because it will definately take advantage of the bass boost, plus give you the most precise details in all the songs.  i shouldn't have sold my re0, but if these modded t50rp are anything they cracked up to be, i am sure i won't regret selling the re0.

Damn you, now I feel like I'm gonna bite. Well, I can probably sell the e7 for a decent price on eBay but damn this looks so tempting!

Just a FYI but if you  have the T50RP you will need a 1/4 to 1/8 converter if you want to use them with the E10. You can also get another cable but it doesn't come with 1/8 stock. It looks like that just has 1/8 headphone output.

I guess I'm just going to have to cancel my mp4nation preorder to buy from Micca instead.
 
My RE-ZERO is coming back from repair this week, and I couldn't bear to wait until November to finally hear them through a great DAC.

What do you think about Creative Live 5.1 vs E10.
I have CL for many years and it's quite good, but now I'm going to change my PC and probably there won't be a place for PCI card, so I consider E10 as potential change.

I guess they will ship it tomorrow. Mine was shipped in the same day I bought it (I bought it in the early morning). But they will send you a message to confirm when they do it...

Just a note about the E10 - There is a slight volume imbalance at the first... 11% of the volume pot or so. But in an instance of brilliant product design, FiiO has conveniently put the 0 marking where the volume imbalance ends. I am impressed :)
 
EDIT: I should note that the volume imbalance is a common problem with all analog potentiometers, which I think the E10 uses.
