If you want, you can call 0844 248 0844 to track it. But I imagine ours will be on the same flights, since mine departed Hong Kong at the same time as yours.

Thanks for the heads up! Shall wait with patience..

Mine went from Singapore to Hong Kong now and is in customs? I guess they have a customs for U.S.A. there?

My X5 is in L.A. customs, haha. I hope both my boys pass so I can have them soon.

As for the DX90 powering the LCD-3, that would kind of be unbelievable since I was powering my LCD-2 from a 50Watt speaker taps because I thought the Lyr was choking out on complex passages. But hey, if it can then Ill be shocked and amazed.

Now, the LCD-X, I'm hopeful, along with the HE-400i. Either way, I'll be testing to see if it can power the Sig Pro, Spirit Pro, and K812 soon enough. It should be able to handle these three with aplomb as they're not hard to drive at all.

Tony,

Did all of the above activity appear at once? Or in drips and drabs?

Mine still says only shipment info received on the 14th

It was all in drips and drabs - the most significant ones coming today. It stayed on the same status since I was notified by iBasso that they had received my order and that it was being shipped out to me. I've gotten the most amount of updates today, though.

Y-E-S

It actually pairs very well.  I'm running it on high gain at volume 210/255.  I think Jamato was also impressed by it pairing with Hifiman HE560.  It even drives my HD800 with sufficient volume, it's listenable but obviously not what I would consider properly driven.

That's impressive stuff right there!

Burn-in: The Album

Seeing as we'll all soon be busy either burning in our new DX90 or arguing on the internet that burn-in doesn't exist, I figured I'd do something (potentially) useful for a change: I've created an entire album for burning in your gear. It's available in Flac and Mp3, free to download, use, redistribute, free to whatever the heck you like, actually. The album contains all the greatest burn-in hits you know and love, finally in one place - for FREE!

Track list:

01 - White Noise (5:00)
02 - A Sponge Landing On the Ocean Floor (1:00)
03 - Pink Noise (5:00)
04 - An Ant Screaming In The Vacuum Of Space (1:00)
05 - Brown Noise (5:00)
06 - Dubstep Unplugged (1:00)
07 - 20Hz to 20KHz (5:00)
08 - Slamming Cotton On Wool (1:00)
09 - 20Hz (5:00)
10 - The Applause Given To Spambots (1:00)
11 - 2500Hz (5:00)
12 - All The Good Things DRM Did (1:00)
13 - 40Hz (5:04)

How to use it:
Play the album on repeat for as many hours as you see fit, on the gear that you want to burn in.

Download here:
FLAC version (186 Mb)
MP3 version (31.2 Mb)

I've never heard the thinking behind specific tracks to play for burn in. I am guessing it is based on trying to play sound that goes through the full frequency spectrum? And, BTW, thanks for the files. I'll definitely be doing this when my DX90 arrives.
