I ordered Jutem leather case for my 340, waiting for them to make. Their leather cases are very high quality leather and handmade.Has anyone found a case that protects the sharp corners?
Pouches are bit of a hassle to carry around.

Did your UAPP issue resolved by governing CPU ?
Nope, this is most likely a firmware glitch issue, as the new firmware update was supposed to fix stuttering in higher resolution playback.
Neutron and Mango are stuttering too.
I will try to flash the latest firmware again with Qfil.

1 more pic for internal DAC. This is 1 side only. For the sake of sciencesPics of 340 taken apart. Hardest part which I do not know if I did right is battery cable connection has to seat on board exactly right. Won't know until I can get FW on right.
@Whitigir should these go into your thread?![]()

Just got my unit loaded some flac files...i count about 40 sec give or take. Loving it so far, no burn-in required to be completely honest.I'm wondering, how quick the ibasso 340 boots up.
Thank you,

Try this to speed boot and app open times: This uncompresses all the modules so CPU does not have to spend resources on compression/decompression
adb shell pm compile -a -f --check-prof false -m everything
adb shell pm compile -a -f --check-prof false --compile-layouts
adb shell pm bg-dexopt-job

No I haven’t tried it yet, super pumped to try it tho. Got it from UPS super late today. Didn’t want to upset the misses so I haven’t messed with it yet, just loaded a fue flac files just to listen to it for about 5min…in love with the doing to be honest…can’t wait to try the Super again for the bass tho!Did you try Super Gain yet?The bass will get better in about 10 hours. REally only change I noticed and had mine a week today.
I had to use only super gain for first 10 hours because of weak bass. Now it is good in high gain.No I haven’t tried it yet, super pumped to try it tho. Got it from UPS super late today. The DX340 is absolutely amazing.
It sounds so damn good.
Even the most shoutiest and compressed FLAC tracks that I hate become pleasant to listen to again and it's not just a DSD filter, the soundstage is expansive, there is speed, air and microdetail. Things are clearly separated and layered. Clarity is very present.
I have heard some things that I have never heard before on my desktop setup and I have never heard a presentation like this one.
If you think PCM files sounded good already DSD sounds even more amazing. Especially files that were recorded in DSD128, DSD256 ect.
Waves and waves of analog hit you but you will also notice the obvious technicalities that make this more than just a glorified analog/DSD simulator.
So it sounds like there is some serious tech in the DX340 that has never been implemented before in a DAP, the 1-Bit Discrete DAC is not to be underestimated.
