Yes I'll probably get rid of my DX220. I don't prefer selling it to individuals as I have issues with Paypal. Do you know audio shops or other businesses who accept user audio gear and pay cash ? I'm fine with receiving low such as $400-500.

Maybe use your friend or family member's paypal? Even though, there are second hand shops and many enthusiasts in Thailand, I don't think you wanna fly 12 hr. here.

Well you can at least pay for flights with your dx220 and have a holiday in beautiful country. Sound like a plan.

You mean which country?

Tried Sennheiser IE800s to DX220 2.5mm

+Absolutely zero hiss
+ Good Clarity
+ Again bright, but not that much. Agreeable tonality.
+ Better than most of the over ears.

- Very narrow soundstage. Two little semi spheres in each ear instead of one big spheric sound field.
- Good sound but still doesn't meet my expectations from the price tag sum of the devices.

I've just tried HD800s for the first time. With an SP2000 in the showroom and with my DX220

SP2000 is better for sure but the difference is not day and night.

Both below my expectations. Again. I guess the problem is my high expectations which will never come true

SP2000+HD800s is the most expensive system I've heard. Sound quality is very good. But the sound stage is still mediocre. A 5-10 cm radius sphere surroinding my head

DX220+ HD800s everything similar but a little less of detail and soundstage.
