Just a quick comment on ibasso’s excellent customer support. I’ve been having a few issues with my DX220 here in the UK which was imported directly from China. Paul@ibasso has been absolutely fantastic in talking me through possible firmware solutions and subsequently issuing an RMA. If anyone has any concerns about dealing directly with ibasso then rest assured you’ve nothing to worry about. First-class company, first-class customer support
