It's just the SE cable came with BASN in Ear Monitor Headphones I bought from the Amazon for 40 bucks for testing. I do not recall hearing any noticeable hiss on this.

With my opinion, I dont recommend someone buy amp9 if new firmware not improve its true potential. They should buy amp8 or wait amp10

My AMP9 sounds beautifully and doesn't need that trickery. @Paul - iBasso said expressly to power off DX220 before changing AMPs.

But hey, you're free to do whatever you want, its your money. I am just posting this so that I don't read you have a blown AMP9 in a few days... just trying to help, ok?

Although the DX 220 comes equipped with the cord and capability to do this, I have not seen any posts about using the DX 220 as a digital file library. I just got some Psvane Acme 2A3s for my Stratus and two new Norne headphone cables. What a cool way to break them all in.

No worries. After 20 hours you will get plenty of bass (but little boomy) then the bass is getting tighter and punchier after another 10 hours.
