Normally Lexar is good quality.. BUT, in the Fiio M11 thread, FIIO mentioned that "a lexar 512gb card" had some incompatibility with being read, and that they had to reduce speed in one of their dual card slots to make it work. This was also related to why future players might have only one microsd slot...

Fiio fixed this incompatibility in 1.0.4 firmware.

Fiio fixed this incompatibility in 1.0.4 firmware.

As far as I know, Fiio "fixed" the Lexar incompatibility with their M11's slot 1 in firmware 1.0.3 by Slowing Down the slot 1 speed.
Release 1.0.4 did not state anything about increasing the speed back to normal. I must have missed the fix you mention.

Anyway, For me this is a possible caution with Lexar's 512 card. I do not know if the iBasso DX220 has problems with any specific cards.
Sorry for being off topic, just trying to help out @singleended5863 !

Yes, I have both, M11 and Lexar card. I can’t test it’s performance in M11 since i don’t know any good android 7.x testing application. But at least it works :)

I appreciate your help and just wonder Lexar is a good brand for music since I have been using them for photography. They are excellent in term of speed.

Hi, just a quick question. I made it to about page 140 of the thread but my eyes and brain are getting tired. I'm wondering if the DX 220 would be an upgrade sonically from my AK SR15? I haven't owned an ibasso dap since the dx90 and that was a touch too bright for me.

But I like the idea of a PEQ and quick charging and I like the design of it a lot, and would like a more expansive sound stage.
