Hi,'
It is my first post on this fantastic forum.. Unfortunatelly I have a big problem with DX200. After installing the last firmware the device does not re-boot. The screen shows only "DX200 Reference DAP" and that's it . Is there any way to make dx200 working? Thanks in advance for any help
After I updated mine, it stayed on the startup screen for about 10 minutes, long enough that I was beginning to suspect some issue, but eventually it continued booting and everything is working just fine. Big improvement on the SQ by the way.
Turn the DX200 on and off again. The BT is what we use here at the factory to install all software. Also when you plug in the cable to the DX200 after you have plugged it into the computer, push it down lightly and see if you get a connection to the BT.
Thanks again for the advice but it does not work, at my computer at least. On the other hand I am not the IT specialist, just music fan from the portable devices. There is no WIndows 10 driver in the Faktory Tool package.

It does not show a Windows 10 driver but it will work. We have it on Windows 10 here. The installation directions that come with the download have to be followed step by step. I know, when we first started using it I got it wrong a few times and then followed the directions as I supposed to.

After using the latest FW. The ghost touch screen issue on my DX200 is back. Just a tiny bit of oil or smudge makes the screen too sensitive. Has anyone notice similar problems? I used lurker's modded FW not sure yet if it's the same as the stock FW for version 2.3
I have tried your last fw. It took some time to start the 1st time. Compiling as you said. I started on Android mode. Google play store worked perfectly after updating Web Services and the new store version. Then I tried PowerAmp and BubbleUpnp. Both worked well with standard material, but not with HD. In the process I got a lot of clics on my IEMs. Later I tried USB Audio for DX200 and it did only recognize Hybi. But when I tried HD material on Hybi with USB for Audio running, I only got noise (very high in volume, by the way). Switched off it worked again well, but too many clics. Then Mango player started to behave erratically.
At the end I decided to erase data and install stock new Fw. No clics, but no Google Play store and no PowerAmp...
Probably I made some mistakes on using USB Audio for DX200 as I was unable to find the options in settings described in your manual.

If the issue is worsen even you clean it thouroughly. It tends to be a hardware issue which happens a lot in first batch of DX200 in Thailand (3 cases already)
I have gotten the new device after sending to them. This is my third device now. With this new device, so far so good.
