Yes.
It depends on your definition of "quality", your hearing and taste.

You see, even with bit perfect playback, there are several factors that affect the soung signature. Some people hear the difference e.g. between Mango alone and Mango Android, or between different firmware versions, someone does not hear. In all these cases the playback is bit perfect. The difference is caused, most probably, by CPU load and similar factors, because DX200 has one and the same power source (battery) for all the parts.

The sound signature with USB Audio should be similar to using DX200 as USB DAC with an external source, because XMOS chip runs exactly the same way.

Thanks for reply.

all right now. :)

2 possibilities I can think of
- what song genre you listen to? I see some people enjoy rock/metal with Single end than balanced. They say to me like single end has more dynamics and impactful and less calm. While balanced is more tranquil and makes them less engaging to music.

- You like the sound signature of balance to SE adapter and make you like SE output more than balance.

Usually listening to vocal, pop songs, classical pieces too... I was wondering if 'balance' on DX200 being rated output voltage at 6Vrms might have explained the difference (CIEM being sensitive and all)...

DX200 able to drive a 320ohm earpiece like the Venture Electronics Zen 2.0 or similar and make 'em shine?

USB Audio for DX200 v.1.0.22 has been released.
  1. Exit button moved to 3-dots menu.
  2. Optional Acquire WakeLock to prevent interface shutdown in doze mode. Note: don't forget to stop interface when idle!
  3. Optional Autostart to start the interface without the need to push Start button.

The known problem of this version is that Android kills the application when it is the only application which holds wakelock for a long time.

hi
Has anyone been able to occupy dac mode on windows 10 without problems?
I see error code 52 and the only option that appears is to restart on each occasion to disable the digital signature of drivers using the boot menu.
Someone could solve it another way?

We will have a English version very soon. A guide to the different filters but the changes are subtle. I prefer 5 for a slightly deeper bass and some like 2. The changes are small.

Does anyone have a good guide on implementing Tidal on the DX200 and using it on and off line? I am not familiar with many 3rd part music systems but some of you guys have a lot of knowledge about this.

微量 (top two rows) should be "a trace of, tiny bit of", not High echo.

I had both the Zen 2.0 and Zen 2.0 Black and my DX200 drove both with authority. Power to spare. (SE)
