Well if its not the same card and a particular file , then it might be the fw on your dx200.

Ive played dsd on same filmware but has not encounter this problem.
Maybe reload filmware and/or reset player ?
Hope its just some glitch.

Yes. Your DX200 will be loaded with the latest FW as my DX200TI was but I doubt it is updated to Android 8.1 beta which is not stable yet.

Amp8 sounds good. But only 4 hours of play time with just 320kbps is terrible. This is with dx200ti.

I hope @Paul - iBasso gets this up to 7-8 hours.

Amp4s does give me 8 hours. Amp8 is too power hungry

It is something wrong with your amp8. I'm having 8 hours of play time with my amp8.

Ibasso DX208 drive hd800S just fine, I think 820 is ok with it. The weirdest thing is that Dx208 drives Hd800S better than SR1, and don’t ask me how or why....just what I hear lol. We are not talking about the loudness of the volume side, we are talking about pure performances here, hd800S is easily scale up and driven to perform than Sr1 out of DX208

As I use amp4s, zx300 is I little narrower, warmer. Power wise, using Éther C Flow on it isn't possible. But UI and battery life are amazing on the Sony.

I did not have a chance to listen to the stock amp8 with SR1 which I got after the amp8 has been fully modified. As I just posted in the SR1 thread after swapping with perforated pads the SR1 is at another high level of performance with mod amp8. Thanks to @Whitigir suggestion again.
