Assuming you are referring to the DN-1000 and the fact that we do not have a hybrid model in this price range, then yes, you are correct. But the FALCON is in this price range, right?so you will no longer have a iem in the price range of the DN100 ($205)?
Currently, there are no definite plans for a DK series model that is lower-priced than the upcoming DK-2001, though this doesn't mean we've closed the door on the possibility.
As for the DN-1000, it was and still is an important model for us, mostly because of how it helped us bring what was preciously an exotic technology found only in the AKG K3003 or the UM Merlin to the masses. But we feel our newest budget models, such as the TITAN 6 and even the yet to be released DM480, have eclipsed the performance of the original DN-1000. The DN-1000 was developed in 2013. Since then, while BA technology has largely stayed the same, we have transitioned to far more advanced DDs, and we feel our products have improved alongside these emergent technologies and processes.
