Dunu DN-1000 - Dunu's hybrid IEM - Impressions thread

I prefer the fit of the other JVC tips (think the EP-FX8M) with no spacer rings over the spiral dots. Spiral dot worked better for me on DN2K (but now using stock ones at the moment).

I like the medium stock transparent black tips (with the spirals) and red spacer rings. Fits nicely for me.

i have dunu dn1000 and i like the sound quality bass and v-sphed
i thinking upgrate for Ie800 or something else , and my qustaion is about the bass and v-shped if its better than dunu dn1000

In addition, my question is about isolation- Dunu dn 1000 isolation not very good and important to me Headphones with a good insolation..

If u want a Iem that isolates better than the Dunu you will make a mistake with buying the Ie800.

I have both. And the Sennheiser isolate really bad.

Because of that i find myself using the Fisher Audio Bullets in noisy enviroments

If u want great isolation go with the Shure Se846.

Greetings

The difference in SQ is subtle. I would rather go with DN-2000J and save some (alot of) money.

No, it's not better for my ears, but that depends of ear shape. For eg, with some big dual flanges I got here, isolation is pretty good. I just don'tt like the sound of them so keep using the other dual flanges that isolate a bit less, but still sufficient. Don't get the wrong idea isolation is poor because it is not. In my case DN-1000 isolates a bit more because the housing is bigger, so I get a tighter seal.

Hey,

Recommendations

Fiio Q1, Centrance Dacport, HRT Dsp!, LH Geek out 100 or 450.

When you are only using Iems go with the GO 100, the 450 is more an allrounder. Can also amp my bigger Cans really good.

I recently bought the Geek out because it was on Sale and Specwise its ahead of the others.

Greetings
