DUNU Studio?? I think Hyper will include premium top-tier products while the Delicate feature budget options.

Yeah, it does seem like a really unique concept, having a DAC combined with a CD player. While I have many CDs still, I already (still) have a high-end CD player (Pioneer 2 tray/disc player + SACD + DVD-Audio; from back in the day when the format wars were still very much alive and no clear winner was in sight, if anyone remembers that ;)). Though it has ONLY outputs, I can't justify the price for my part. But I like the innovation to be sure.

I've got a couple of nice players but none are portable/transportable. I'm playing with Fiio's portable unit right now and while from a feature perspective it is great, but needs an external DAC/Amp to sound decent IMHO. I'd love an all in one unit with great sound. I'm hopeful the Concept R will fill that gap. Although it doesn't seem like I will be able to afford one with current tariff situation in the US. :disappointed:

The current tariff situation in the US has definitely been a challenge for us. In a way, that's also why we quietly opened up limited international pre-orders with a code this time.
