I own the FDX1, and I'm getting a used Oxygen at some point in the coming week, so I'll leave some notes after I have some time with the Oxygen.Does anyone have both the JVC FDX1 and the Tanchjim Oxygen? I’m very curious how they compare, particularly regarding resolution and presentation of fine details.

Couldn't agree more. It took me about 3 full days of use to figure out how to actually wear them comfortably...then once I heard the sound the way it was supposed to be coming through, I bit the bullet and picked up custom tips. No ergonomics issues anymore and they sound consistent every time. I did find personally that these are way easier to get the fit right with while wearing cable down.
Could you please post a couple of pictures of the iems with the custom tips, if it's not too much trouble ?
Thanks ! GP meaning ? ^_^;
Not rejecting the idea to also have simple custom tips. These were made by whom ? Custom Art ?
@lafeuill sure. Here's a visual for how they're covered. Still full rotation ability and comfort.Could you please post a couple of pictures of the iems with the custom tips, if it's not too much trouble ?
I'd love to see how deep they are encapsulated.
I'm certainly considering doing the same, but to wear them over ear. I'm addicted to how they sound with the Dunu Hulk.
Also using CP145 by the way (the slightly modded ones provided with the DK-4001), with a shallow seal. And settled on the half-filled nozzle.
Arianna Savall's crystalline voice is beautiful on this little setup :
It's definitely not on par with their sound wired, but I use them at the office a lot and need the convenience. The JVC and UTWS1 are still better than any of the tws options I've heard elsewhere.Excellent, thanks a lot !
Amazed that the BT20 / UTWS1 have enough juice for the FDX1. They're so power hungry
