Does anyone make/sell any headphone amps similar to the NuForce Icon2 (combo usb/dac/amp) that provides > 22 dB gain??

22 db for what? Mine does 4, 6, 9db. I cant even use the 9db setting because At 1 notch up on my amp I am at listening level. (85db - 90 db)

The FiiO E9 provides 21dB of gain, either combined with the E7 or through its own 3.5mm Line-In jack.

This one has 20 dB +/-2dB gain.
