I’ll have to stick with my HD 660s thenYou'll want an amp of some kind. The 660S2 is 300 ohms and to get the full experience it needs proper amplification.
I don't promise, too many samples but no spare time..Can you conpare it to the Meze 109 Pro?
We sold like a bajillion of them. But just because it sold very well in the market doesn't mean you should like it. And just because you don't like it doesn't mean it cannot be a hit. Just different flavors for a different tastes and we respect that. But if you liked everything else about the 660S except for the bass, the 660S2 might hit the sweet spot. We hope you get to try itI cannot get my head around how Sennheiser (of all the houses) thought the 660s was fit for the audiophile market. Very disappointing.
If the new 660s2 has a better bass presence, then it's gonna be awesome. Fingers crossed.

Highly enjoyed them from my BHC with speedball fed by my tt2!!!Bravo Sennheiser! Especially for keeping the price reasonable.
These with a Bottlehead crack will be a great system for someone on a tight budget.

$600 is reasonable? For a tweaked HD6whatever? You could get the NDH30 for about that.Bravo Sennheiser! Especially for keeping the price reasonable.
