Sample rate is confusing again like on the original DAP website.

I am assuming its an error in the spec and it can play higher than 192kHz like it says at the top of the website upto 768kHz in the description.
Current owners can confirm if it supports up to 768KHz. The AK4490 is capable but the DTR1+ could be engineered to play up to 192KHz only.

I don't understand this dissatisfaction with lack 4.4, because on high gain DTR1 have 6.4V power output and battery life 4h. If he have balanced output than battery life 2h.

Not a lot has been changed externally. Same old out of date micro usb and 3.5mm Jack and I suspect the same internal battery having only 8 hours run time.

I don't think 3.5 jack is a problem since it has a lot of power. The LPF circuit is new and I think it uses a micro USB charger but better ask him about this one. He recommends to use the Tender I with DTR 1+ because it needs a lot of power. It will be available early on limited quantities and there's a slight increase in price.

Quite a bit of letdown for me as of the current info.

Nearly identical to DTR1 with a little bit of changing and new case. Especially the charger is not USB-C, it seem to be the same micro HDMI as I see in the picture. Software vise, the L/R volume adjust is nice but it should be on DTR1 as well if it's not the hardware limitation.

Maybe it would be better than I think when the price and more information revealed.

Is it the actual charger with some kind of adapter? Will it be possible to charge with other chargers or computer?
I have no idea but it seems the actual charger with an adapter. You will need a USB-C to Micro USB cable too.

Ok, hope we will not be dependant on that brick again. Do you have more images? Possibly it will be a default charger, but it will be possible to charge with others just slower just like with smartphones.

If this is the new Charger for the DTR1+ why even bother to use this with it's convertor from USB-C to micro USB. I am sure most people have a micro USB charger lying around in a cupboard somewhere that would to the job micro USB has been around for over 15 years.

I think it still use the micro HDMI to support changing 2 batteries simultaneously, not the micro USB. So, eliminate the various type of wall charger to only one type of USB-C charging interface is the way to go for now.

Check Anson's facebook there he has post about it. As I understand in that photo we see a comparison of the old charger and the new one. The new one seems to be a cable with a circuit board to which USB C power cable would be attached connecting the circuit board with an external power source. So power source>USC C cable>circuit board with the cable>dtr1+
