Iematch works wonderful if you have a high OI or too powerful an output that causes sensitive IEMs to pick up noise floor.

But....not ideal as you're adding resistance to the circuit and it's another link in the chain to affect sound quality potentially. Cumbersome as well? I've lived with iematch on the hiby r6 for a long while and tired of that quickly.

Use if needed, but on portable gear that's designed properly for use with sensitive IEMs you really shouldn't require one.

When it comes to IEMs: I'll take my silent low OI plenue2 without iematch over any totl dap with iematch. That's a fact.

With IEMs like Andromeda and MD+, for some peoples preferences the way the added resistance affects the sound quality is considered a positive.

Update V 2.11 just landed.

1. Add mid gain option for earbuds.
Lower gain for high sensitivity Armature units, middle for Dynamic units , hight gain for headphone which need high voltage output.
2. Add wake up option.
Power key mode will lock the 5 key in panel when screen is off. Any key mode will wake up screen by any key.
3. Add some protect code to prevent the channel swap.

Nice update, lock function works great and mid gain option is nice to have, I was always somewhere in between high and low which required lots of volume presses to get to.

Now if we could get an option for some crossfade between tracks...

Just got my new Prelude, so very happy with it. This is a beautiful, usable device, love the simplicity. Mojo sounds wonderful, but the design and interface leave much to be desired. Apples and oranges, really, since I need another entire device for transport with Mojo. If there ever was a 'target audience' for this one, it's me. It ticks every box. Live in NW USA, ordered it on July 26 from the Dethonray store on Amazon, showed up today 6 days later.

Dethonray guys, if you are reading this, consider that your Amazon store said I would not get my player until 8/30 to 9/30. That was really off-putting. If there was another seller offering quicker shipping, I would have used that.

Updated to firmware 2.11, be aware it defaults back to Chinese after the update. Language is 2nd entry down the system menu.

I think it is more a matter of evolving what comes in the kit. I've seen some with a cloth bag and others without as well.
