Ghetto website but it had good reviews on Froogle and I received the headphones in about 4 days using the cheapest shipping option.

and I figured if anything went wrong I could always call my credit card company and cancel the transaction. Fortunately for me everything went smoothly. Now they are on their way to Markl to get some upgrades

There seem to be some great prices for the Denons in the USA. Where are the best places to buy Denon headphones for those of us whom reside outside of the US?

Not where I live.... here, they cost $500.

I have not seen any good deal on the D2000 with shipping outside the US. Even people here who sell theirs seem to prefer US only.

Unfortunately I'm in the same boat as you, I cant seem to find any sites that will ship outside the US. So far the cheapest I've found is $275USD shipped to Australia from ebay.

Edit:$275USD not $175USD
