LOL! And that's $50k (USD) for a.......monoblock. So a measly $100k for stereo. Pocket change for some, I suppose. 🤣
Yeah the Sheikhs 😃, probably a good upgrade for the 11.1 Surround system 😂😂😂

Some people were born with a silver spoon in their mouth. For this you'd need a silver shovel. 🤣
A golden one is more like it wherever it may fit 😂😂😂

Looking at the bright side, the Darkvoice is a very good amp 😊😊😊

I have bought this one to try it out on my DarkVoice, so I put it in the 6AS7 slot only to hear nothing. I have to crank up the volume to absolute max both on my PC, DAC and the AMP to hear anything at all. Is that tube faulty?

Is the tube lighting up at all? If not, probably faulty. Can you try that same tube in a different amp to see if you can get any sound?

It does light up, I would say a bit more than others. I don't have other tube amp I can try it on.

I mean all I can say is that if you have another power tube that you know works, and you plug it in the DV and you get sound again, then you definitely know something is up with that Thompson 6080.
