I am considering getting the Darkvoice 336 from China via eBay and would like to know how much US custom import duty I should expect to incur for such a transaction.

i'm really not sure how our import duties work.
 
i've ordered nearly a dozen bulky items from overseas (amps, dacs, etc.).
and not once have i been asked to pay a penny in import duties.

There's not any sort of general import tax here in the US so tariffs are more or less on a case by case basis and AFIK there's no tariff on any sort of headphone related gear.  I've never been charged one.
