Thanks for the strawman.Let me get this straight.
You trivialize a scientific approach to testing and tell us we just do it so we can "feel superior".
Then you tell US not to trivialize other member's observations??
You literally just did that to us.
Then you call us "fanatical", then close by saying we're "deeply hypocritical" when you just demonstrated that you are yourself?
Amazing.![]()

Thanks for the strawman.
All I did was quote your post. You said it all yourself.

I switched from LCD-5 to the Stealth. No regrets.Thinking about trading in my LCD 5 for a stealth, what do you guys think? My gear is in my sig

But as this hobby is subjective it's always the best to try listen to the gear without any commitments. Especially because Stealths do really sound different than other headphones. So as always YMMV.
Today on Stealth. Beauty of that deep clean bass with superb clarity of the rest.

I never tried the LCD-5 but maybe there are some points worth noting on weight, confort, power needed, follows a pure harman curve traget (which can't suit every body's taste) ?I switched from LCD-5 to the Stealth. No regrets.

It wasn’t question to me, but I can share that I am using CA1000 and it is quite good option, you can also play with cross feed etc. What are you using to run Stealth on the go?

I usually get bored with a headphone by this point and start looking for an upgrade. I'm also still enjoying it just as much as I did on day one, perhaps more now with brain/pad burn in. (DCA claims the headphones burn in too, but I don't believe them). I don't think better headphones exist right now.

I don't know why you keep repeating this without using it and comparing. Did I miss the post? If I missed it, apologies. If you didn't try it, why are you making stuff up, lol?

PS.lol
Dude, how can you listen to these headphones using that? You need atleast a nuclear fusion reactor powered headphone amplifier that delivers 1.21 gigawatts for these headphones man.
So with the model I'm listening to now...this one goes quite easily to drive
And in DC mode the Stealth makes a not so bad performance
