Anyone suffer this issue.
 

1. Out of box,
2. plug into power source,
3. charge for 4 hours,
4. pwr switch to off,
5. green constant LED on

 
Right hook up to conti v2.
 

1. Source IPhone 4
2. Select Itunes
3. Turn on DAC
4. no LED without charger hooked up with pwr off
5. no LED without charger hooked up pwr on
6. Appears there is no pwr
7. Hook up charger and go through hand shake procedure
8. Iphone 4 hand shakes on pwr on, and green LED remains on
9. Play material music plays for 2-3 seconds then unit powers off.
10. Switch pwr switch to off and Green LED comes on as for charging
11. Rinse repeat several times no luck same symptons
12. Left on charge over night, 12 plus hours
13. No change to issue.

 
Thoughts anyone? Any trick? I think at the moment I have a dead on arrival unit, or by miracle chance it does not have a battery in it.

When the unit is fully charged, the power switch will pulse very faintly. If it's not pulsing, then it's probably not charging. Contact ALO.

Nope, and thanks for the insight into your comprehension skills. Didn't want to dribble on with a story, just list the concise events and query.
 
As to the outcome on the Solo, it just wasn't accepting charge into the unit. Dealer is sorting it out, great service should be back in action soon.

Help please! Will the CLAS charger be able to charger the RxMK3? I was going to charge both but then, the MK3's charger short circuited and doesn't work anymore please help

Do both chargers have the same specs?

The two chargers certainly look different. I will have a look.

Different. 5v 2.5a and the other is 9v 1.3A.

Yes. I use 240volt. Just need the US pin to Aussie plug converter.
